I’ll Eat You Up, I Love You So

When we were deciding on a name for Max, I had one stipulation – it had to have a literary connection. Josh had one stipulation as well – he had to be named Max. Luckily for us Where The Wild Things Are is an amazing book that we both love. Now that Max is here, it’s been fun to reference the book by one of its most famous quotes. It’s even been fun when Josh gets it wrong and says “I’ll eat your face, I love you so” and smothers him with tickly kisses.

When looking for gifts for Josh’s first Father’s Day, I stumbled upon this tshirt set on Etsy. It was absolutely perfect and it came super quick and of course I couldn’t wait to give it to him. So we had a mini photo shoot last week in Salt Lake City before dinner one night and I was so happy to be able to get some images of Josh and his little Max.
